WELCOME!
Welcome to Bethel Christian Center’s webpage!
We are so glad that you chose to look us up and see what we’re about. Bethel CC is a non-denominational church that was founded in 1958 by the late Rev. Zeb Holder.
Since February 1969, we’ve been led by Sr. Pastor Don Westbrook. We’re all about transforming friends, family, neighbors and the rest of the world through Jesus Christ.
Take a look around and find out more about us!
Feel free to email or send us a message through FaceBook.
A Welcome Note from the Pastor:
“Welcome!” from the Senior Pastor of Bethel Christian Center. Bethel is an interdenominational Full Gospel Church. Bethel is committed to “Transforming lives through Christ.” Our goal is to attract and lead the unsaved to Christ, also to create and maintain a spirit of praise and worship unto God, whereby He is exalted and personal spiritual growth is assured. We strive to equip the body of Christ to minister effectively to others.
Our Sunday morning service is warm and worshipful and includes a blend of contemporary music and traditional hymns along with a message that is based on the Bible. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of each month.
Our missions focus covers areas around the world, but the primary focus of Bethel has been Nicaragua since 1960.
God called me to Bethel and the Durham community in 1969. Along with this call is a responsibility to pray for and minister to the entire Triangle area. I have been active with the Durham Ministers in Prayer since 1999, and have had the opportunity to meet and pray with religious leaders, civic leaders, law enforcing officers, school officials, and many others.
Please join us, Sunday at 10:30am for worship and fellowship!
I’d love to meet you! I can be reached at (919) 383 - 5433.
Sincerely,
Pastor Don Westbrook
